White sage is highly cleansing. Ideal for clearing unwanted or stagnant energy. 
Light the end of your bundle, allow it to smoulder then blow gently out, creating a good amount of smoke. 
Allow the smoke to swirl around the area you want to cleanse, the smoke traps the unwanted energy. 
Open all windows and doors to the smoke can escape outside, taking the unwanted energy with it.
